5.4 Amendments of Agreement |
|
|
|
|
|
5.4.1 The Parties may amend this Agreement at any time.
5.4.2 All amendments or modifications will be effective
when agreed to in writing between
CEP and HCML, subject to written approval of the CEP
Western Region Vice President,
or his designate, and the Senior Vice-President of HCML, or
such amendment or
modification will have no effect and will be void.
Provided, however, that where HCML
is given the power under this Agreement to make
declarations, enter other Project
Agreements, or take any other action unilaterally, no such
amendments or modifications
to this Agreement will be necessary.
