3.3 Recognition |
|

|
|
|
3.3.1 This Part covers all Employees and their Employers
performing Work in general
construction as journeypersons, apprentices, general
foremen, and foremen, save and
except professionals, supervisors, managerial, office and
clerical personnel. This Part
will also apply to Employees and their Employers for
pipeline construction, road building
and heavy construction, specialty construction, or any
other construction work on the
Project as listed in Appendix 2 (Special Projects
Work) in the event that there is no
separate collective agreement between CEP and a specific
Employer. No classification
of work or jobs may be removed from the bargaining unit
except by mutual agreement in
writing of the Parties.
