3.26 Amendments

1. Employers will notify CEP that a job has been awarded to it following the award. Prior to the start of each job, a pre-job conference will be held to determine all site-specific issues as outlined in this Part. This conference must be conducted in person, and HCML shall be invited to the conference HCML must approve any agreement reached by CEP and the Employer. These conferences may not be used to attempt to modify any Articles in Part 2 of this Agreement. A suggested form for Pre-Job Report used to document a pre-job conference under this Article is attached as part of Appendix 3.
   
   
2. A copy of the Pre-Job Report will be provided to the Employer, HCML, CEP and the job steward(s).
