3.2.1 HCML and the CEP believe that every person has the
right of equality of opportunity
based upon bona fide qualifications in respect of his or
her trade, occupation or
employment, or in respect of an intended occupation,
employment, advancement, or
promotion; and,
3.2.2 The race, religion, colour, age, marital status,
sexual orientation, ancestry, place of origin,
union membership, or political belief of any person or
class or group of persons shall not
constitute reasonable cause for harm or punishment.
