2.11 Site Policies |

|
|
|
2.11.1 HCML or the Owner will establish policies relating
to health, safety (including alcohol
and drug programs), environment, and other matters relating
to management of the
Project site, which will apply to all Employees and
Employers, but will not form a part of
this Agreement. To the extent of any conflict, these
policies will prevail over provisions
relating to the same or similar subject matter in Part 3
and Appendix 3.
