1.4 Parts of this Agreement |

1.4.1 The Parties have entered into this Agreement as a
means of achieving uniformity in
respect of certain terms and conditions of employment for
Employees. The remainder of
this Agreement is divided into the following Parts:
PART 2. Terms And Conditions Applying To Employees and
Employers;
PART 3. Additional Terms And Conditions Applying To
Employees And Employers;
PART 4. Terms And Conditions Applying To Special Projects
Work; and
PART 5. General Terms and Conditions.
