|
|
|
|
|
7.01 The Employer will deduct from each employee’s pay the
amount equal to Union
dues and where applicable an amount equal to Union dues
arrears. The total
amount deducted will be remitted to the Union 15 days
following every 2nd pay
cycle together with an itemized list of the employees for
whom the deductions are
made and the amount deducted for each. The Union and the
employees agree
that the Employer will be saved harmless for all deductions
and payments so
made.
7.02 The Union will promptly notify the Employer, in
writing, over the signature of its
designated officer, the amount of the deduction to be made
by the Employer for
regular Union dues, and the Employer will have the right to
continue to rely on
such written notification until it receives other written
notification from the Union.
7.03 The Employer will provide the Union with all necessary
information regarding
insurance and benefit plans, job classification changes and
terminations. The
name, address, date of hire, and classification of new
employees will be provided
to the Union once monthly.
