Article 18 - Apprenticeship and Training, Humanity, and
Administration Funds |
|
|
|
|
|
18.01 The Employer will contribute an amount for all scheduled
hours worked by their
employees as defined in Schedule A to the Union’s
Apprenticeship and Training
Fund.
18.02 The Employer will contribute an amount for all
scheduled hours worked by their
employees as defined in Schedule A to the Union’s
Humanity Fund.
18.03 The Employer will contribute an amount for all
scheduled hours worked by their
employees as defined in Schedule A to the Union’s
Administration Fund. This
fund will be used by the Union to fulfill its obligations
to employees and Employers
in respect of this Agreement.
18.04 The total amounts will be remitted to the Union 15
days following every 2nd pay
cycle together with an itemized list of the employees for
whom the remittances
are made and the amount remitted for each.
